Is that why the big drop all of a sudden? (You're making great progress, BTW!)

You'll get over it. Timo always tells me (as well as his clients) the trick is to change up your routine. You've got a great start and good momentum. Keep at it!

BTW we stated a "Biggest Loser" competition at work with weekly weigh-ins. $20 into the pot, biggest % lost after 3 months takes all. I don't expect to win, but I kicked in for the accountability. I'm holding at 161-163 which is my pre-holiday weight, can't seem to break into the 150's. Then, my activity level isn't changing at all. Despite my preference and availability, I'm just going to have to make time for some hard-core working out. Trainer, Road miles, something. Gonna have to take it a notch up over portion control at this point. I've gone as far as I can watching my intake.

Good luck Kaiser! You'll get there. How much further do you want to go?

i'm not too worried about it, ive been through this before, flat line for awhile, then start dropping again. my main problem is not getting to go out for rides. (weather and roads suck, i can take the cold, not the wet and cold) i cant stand the trainer either.
I get S.A.D., but now at least i can drive home from work and still have daylight, things are getting better. also have a bday coming up, older and slower. i'm wanting to drop an additional 10 pounds by mid-March more as the season gets going. would like to get to 165 by mid-May

-1 this week. Considering it was Super Bowl and a family BD this weekend, I'm quite pleased with that.

I just had to log this one! After yesterday's long ride and I probably didn't drink enough water, although I ate a lot afterwards.
